APPRAISAL   PER   SE Mr. Francis has the MAI designation awarded by The Appraisal Institute, considered the most prestigious of all appraisal designations, and is a state certified general appraiser in various states. He has appraised many hundreds of properties of all types including: Multifamily Residential, Retail, Office (Downtown & Suburban) Industrial, Undeveloped Land and High End Single Family Properties. An interesting appraisal was that of the retail building in Boston's Fanieul Hall Marketplace pictured above.   The sale price per square foot established a radically higher record for Boston retail space.
